Rosa's La Hacienda

A great experience. This is a family owned small business. They accommodated a special request and prepared an arrangement within a few minutes, then helped me secure it in my car.

Phenomenal service. I called about 10 minutes before business hours and I received a text back asking how they could help me immediately upon opening. I was offered special upgrades after explaining my needs and we quickly had a product and delivery timeframe picked out. She even went above and beyond and checked back in with me to see if we could adjust the drop off time to something a little later because she had fresh flowers being delivered and she wanted to use the best product available. Payment was easy and secure through Venmo and I was offered multiple other ways to pay if needed. I was updated with pictures upon drop off. I will add that even with adjusting the drop off time so she could use premium product, the service was impressively fast.

I can’t say enough about Rosa’s La Hacienda. I needed funeral flowers delivered on extremely short notice and they delivered a breathtaking arrangement in just 1.5 hours. The flowers were absolutely stunning and the staff was so warm and kind throughout the whole process. In one of the hardest moments, they made things just a little easier. Five stars, without question

I’ve used Rosa’s La Hacienda twice and have been so impressed both times. Their website makes ordering easy, with clear photos of the arrangements and very fair pricing. The flowers were beautiful and exactly as pictured. What really sets them apart is their service — they send delivery photos so you can see the arrangement when it arrives. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend them for reliable, elegant floral designs and excellent customer care.

This shop went above and beyond!! The flowers were stunning! They were SUPER responsive and when delivering to my parents gated community (gets complicated) they went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered promptly and safely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!! My mother loved them. Really brightened her day 💜💐 thank you again!
